LSD Enhancements — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by LSD Enhancements. By requesting a quote, making a booking, paying a deposit or authorising us to begin work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by LSD Enhancements are based on the information available at the time of quoting, including information and photographs supplied by the customer.

Final pricing may change if we discover additional work, damage, contamination, paint defects or other conditions that were not reasonably identifiable before work commenced.

Where reasonably possible, we will discuss significant additional work and costs with you before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Bookings & Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been received.

Deposits may be used toward the final cost of your service.

For larger projects, including vehicle wraps, custom paintwork, paint protection film or other specialised work, additional payment terms may apply and will be communicated before work begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

We ask customers to provide at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling or failure to attend an appointment may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee where permitted by law.

Where materials have been specially ordered or customised for your vehicle, amounts already spent on those materials may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing LSD Enhancements of any known:

Paint or clear-coat damage
Previous paint repairs or resprays
Vinyl wraps or coatings
Rust or corrosion
Loose or damaged trim
Electrical or mechanical issues
Aftermarket modifications
Existing scratches, dents, chips or other damage

We may inspect and photograph the vehicle before beginning work to document its existing condition.

Some pre-existing defects may become more noticeable after detailing, polishing, paint correction, wrapping or other enhancement work.

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables and unnecessary personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment, particularly when interior detailing is being performed.

LSD Enhancements is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Detailing & Paint Correction

While we aim to achieve the best possible result, some scratches, stains, etching, stone chips, paint defects and other imperfections may not be safely or completely removable.

Paint correction involves removing a small amount of clear coat to improve the appearance of paintwork. We will not intentionally compromise the integrity of your vehicle's paint to achieve an unrealistic result.

Vinyl Wraps & Paint Protection Film

The quality and longevity of vinyl wrap and PPF can be affected by the vehicle's existing paint condition, previous repairs, environmental exposure, maintenance and aftercare.

Vinyl or film installed over damaged, poorly bonded, aftermarket or previously repaired paint may increase the risk of paint lifting during installation or future removal.

We will take reasonable care during installation and removal, but cannot guarantee the condition of defective or poorly bonded underlying paint.

Customers will be provided with relevant aftercare recommendations where applicable.

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings provide additional protection and can make a vehicle easier to maintain, but they do not make a vehicle immune to scratches, stone chips, water spotting, contamination or damage.

The performance and longevity of a coating depend on appropriate maintenance, environmental conditions and compliance with recommended aftercare.

Custom Paintwork

Colour, finish and appearance may vary slightly depending on existing paint, lighting, materials and the nature of the repair or custom work.

We aim to achieve a professional and appropriate colour match where colour matching is required, but an absolutely invisible match may not always be technically possible.

Completion Times

Any completion date or timeframe provided is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Some projects may take longer because of vehicle condition, curing requirements, material availability, weather, additional work or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will endeavour to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is collected.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the customer.

Additional charges authorised during the job will be added to the final invoice.

Collection of Vehicles

Customers should collect their vehicle within the agreed timeframe once notified that work has been completed.

If a vehicle is left with us for an unreasonable period after collection has been requested, storage charges may apply where the customer has been informed of those charges.

Warranties & Aftercare

Any specific product or workmanship warranty will be explained where applicable.

Customers must follow any reasonable aftercare and maintenance instructions supplied by LSD Enhancements.

A warranty may not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper washing or maintenance, environmental contamination, third-party work, pre-existing defects or normal wear and tear, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Photography & Marketing

We may photograph vehicles for job documentation, quality control and business records.

Where appropriate, we may ask for permission to use photographs or videos of completed work for our website, portfolio, advertising or social media.

If you do not want your vehicle used for promotional purposes, please let us know.

Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in our work and want customers to be happy with the finished result.

If you believe there is an issue with a service we have provided, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can inspect the vehicle and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments are subject to availability. Some services require a deposit before your booking is confirmed.

Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service unless otherwise advised.

Rescheduling

Need to move your appointment? No problem. We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your booking wherever possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in your deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being charged where permitted by law.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit may also be required before another appointment can be booked.

Custom Orders

For services requiring custom vinyl, PPF, paint, parts or other specially ordered materials, amounts already spent on those materials may not be refundable if you cancel after they have been ordered, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Late Arrivals

Please contact us if you're running late. Significant delays may require your appointment to be rescheduled if there is no longer enough time to complete the service to our standard.
